For any reason, the customer can return the items purchased on within 14 days of receiving the goods. does not offer the goods exchange service, it is only possible to return the items and place a new order online.

You need to follow these simple steps:
- Enter the portal here
- Insert Postal Code used on the order
- Insert Order Number (eg. #VOS-1234)
- Select the items you want to return
- Select the reason of your return
- Select the refund method
- Select the Service Point where you can leave the items
- Check and confirm all the summary details
- Download and print the waybill
- Put the waybill on the outer packaging
- Drop the items in the Service Point selected

If the request is accepted, the customer receive a return authorization email with the instructions to follow.
If the request is rejected, the customer is not authorized to return the goods.
Goods returned without authorization will not be taken into consideration.

All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, including labels, tags, belts, packaging, certificates of authenticity, free merchandise received through promotion (if any).

Returns damaged, stained, washed or altered are not accepted, the goods must only be tested and not used outside.
All products must therefore be in perfect condition and meet our quality standards.

We do not accept returns of items with transport damage, personalized items, sealed items that are unsuitable for hygienic or health-related reasons opened after delivery, items purchased outside of

To remain adequately protected during transport, it is mandatory to ship the items in their original packaging, we also recommend using a second box / protective wrapping outside the original one to ensure greater protection during transport.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined.
If the goods present defects attributable to, the refund is total.
If the goods present defects attributable to the customer, the refund is calculated on the basis of the problems caused to the goods.
The shipping costs for the goods that do not comply with the requests are charged to the customer.

If the product complies with the requests, the customer receives a refund for the returned items within 14 days from the date on which the customer exercised the right of return, by crediting the payment method used.

If customer used cash on delivery payment (COD), to receive the return transfer he must provide us:
- name of the account holder
- IBAN code
- BIC / SWIFT code reserves the right to withhold the refund amount until receipt of the products subject to the right of withdrawal.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on the customer's statement, depending on the bank.
