Returns and Refunds


For any reason, the customer can return the item purchased through

The return request must be made via email and must contain the name, last name and email with which the order was placed, the order number, the product to be returned and if possible, but not mandatory, the reason (which will help us understand and improve the services provided).
After placed the request we review it.

If the request is accepted, the customer receive a return authorization email with the instructions to follow faithfully.
When customer return the goods, must sign the courier's ticket and keep a copy.
In case of problems the signature will be the only document that can certify that it has been taken in charge.
Without the ticket copy we're not able to consider any request and we're forced to cancel the return.

If the request is denied, customer must not return the goods.
We never consider returned goods without any authorization and customer will bear return costs to take back the goods.

Items can be returned for refund within 14 days of receiving the package.
Passed these days, if goods have not arrived at destination, we consider the return as canceled and non-refundable.
All products must be returned in the same condition they were originally sent.
Customer must provide all labels and tags if present, don't use and wear but just test the goods.
Where the goods were provided with belts, brand packaging, certificates of authenticity, these elements must also be included in the return.
Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and customer will bear return costs to take back the goods.

If customer receive a free product through a promotion, then it must be returned.
All products must be in perfect condition and comply with our return requests.

Returns are not accepted to items that have transport damage, to items that have customizations, to sealed items that are not suitable to return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection been opened after the delivery, and to contracts concluded outside the online platform.

In order to remain adequately protected during transport, it is mandatory to send the items inside their original packaging, we also recommend using a second box/protective wrapping outside the original one to ensure greater protection during transport. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined.

Where the goods present defects attributable to , the return shipping costs will be refunded.
Where the goods present defect attributable to the customer, the shipping costs and product costs will not be refunded.
Therefore, if the product does not comply with our requests, the customer must take care paying a new shipment at his own expense to take the goods back.
If the product complies with our requests, the customer will then receive a refund about the returned items within 14 days from the date customer has exercised the right of return, by crediting the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Where customer used cash on delivery payment, must provide us the name of the current account holder, the IBAN code and the BIC/SWIFT code in order to make a return transfer. reserves the right to hold the refund amount until it has received the Products subject to the right of return.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on customer's bank statement, depending on bank.

The shipping costs return are charged to the customer during the refund. The amount cost of the return shipment is € 10.

When the goods before being delivered are put in storage by the courier because they cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, an additional cost will be applied for this storage service. The amount must be sustained by the customer during the delivery.
If the customer refuses to pay this amount, we cancel the order and take the goods back. We then create a new return shipment that is charged to the customer during the refund.
Once goods are back to warehouse, courier communicates us the storage amount. doesn't currently offer exchange service.
It is only possible to return the items and place a new order online.
