RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers may return items purchased on visionofsuper.com within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
visionofsuper.com does not offer an exchange service. Therefore, items can only be returned and a new order must be placed online if the customer wishes to purchase a different item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All customs duties and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Customers may request a return through the dedicated return form.
The Seller does not process size exchanges, but only returns and refunds. It is important that the package is carefully packed to prevent damage during transport.
Returned goods without prior authorization will not be accepted, and therefore no refund will be issued.
All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped, including labels and tags. Returns of products that are damaged, stained, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
All products must therefore be in perfect condition and meet our quality standards.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

items damaged during transport;
personalized or customized items;
sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened after delivery;
items purchased outside of visionofsuper.com.

To ensure proper protection during shipping, items must be returned in their original packaging. We also recommend using a second outer box or protective packaging to provide additional protection during transport.
Once the returned product arrives at the warehouse, it will be inspected.
If the product shows defects attributable to visionofsuper.com, a full refund will be issued.
If the product shows defects attributable to the customer, no refund will be issued. Shipping costs for goods that do not comply with the return requirements will be borne by the customer.
If the returned product complies with the return conditions, the customer will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 days from the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
